I played with sparklers just now... after taekwondo training... hee... They had a whole bag full of them... and we were just burning them like no one's business... In the end, the whole area was full of smoke... hee... but it's fun... I've never played with sparklers in a long time... This sure does bring back memories... heh....
Think I should go back to hall now... go bathe and then go online... hee... cya slackers!!!

You know what the worst part of it was? It was open book test, but it wasn't really much help for the essay... The question was "How successful has Singapore Zoo reflected animal diversity?" Everyone was like, WTF??? What's that got to do with biodiversity? The question was so bloody open ended... we didn't know what to write...
Ah well, to quote a certain person, " I have done my best, I have no regrets" :P Which is quite true cos I just wrote what I felt was right... since it was so open ended, there isn't any right or wrong answer... Ah... don't care lah... what's done is done... There is no need to stress about it... Even if it IS 5 more weeks to the final exams... If I keep stressing, I'll burn out very fast... sheesh... already got sick before my tests the last time... I don't want it to happen again...
So I'll take Jasper's advice, I'll study SMART, not Hard... heh... Think I'll go home now... Sci canteen is damn sian... hehe...

Do I look female to you?!?!?!?!?!????
But yeah... some ppl say I look female... so I'm asking you guys again... DO I LOOK FEMALE???? I mean really... DO I?
Oh yeah... plus I just went to colour my hair... but those who see me everyday probably won't know it... cos it's CHESTNUT... which actually looks a lot like my original hair colour... You KNOW Y? Cos apparently, my mother told my hairdresser to only let me colour CHESTNUT... if not, cannot colour... And the worse thing is, he agrees with her... argh!! Y can't they just take a trip down to NUs and NTU and see HOW MANY ppl actually have coloured hair? Sheesh!!
I went out the the Cygnus peeps the other day... and during dinner, I asked them... 'You guys noticed that I coloured my hair or not?" ALL OF THEM said NO!! Wah lau... I damn sad lor... paid fucking $50 just to cover my white hairs... which wasn't really that visible in the first place...
All I wanted was just a few streaks in my hair... was that too much to ask for????
Oh yeah... and I finally finished Need For Speed Underground!! So damn happy man!! Wahoo!!! Can't wait for NFS:U2 coming out soon!!! Yeah!! Bring it on!!
Btw, know y I'm so free to do all this? cos it's term break now, but funny thing is, term break doesn't feel like term break... cos I've been in Central Library on Tuesday and Wednesday... mugging like crazy for my chem... need to REALLY get my mechanisms and concepts clear... argh... Term break like no term break like that... Hai~... I just got back home at around 11pm... think I'll clean my room tmr first... then start on chem again... sheesh... Very soon, I won't have a life... argh...
Hrm... it doesn't help that I still have my reading for Philosophy to do too... and it's due on Fri... argh!!
Speaking of which... What kind of a term break is this? It starts on a Sunday and ends on a Thursday!! WTF!?!?!? Might as well just give us the Friday anyway... Damn stupid... then this also brings with it the question... Do the remaining weeks start on Mondays or Fridays??

So I asked the guy, and he told me that those were for ppl who bought their product... they could have a go at the computers... hee... neat idea man... Anyway... the Silver isn't too bad... good for evening use... and clubbing too... hee... I'm considering getting a bottle... $79 for a small bottle... and they give you a towel and 2 miniatures too... hee... not bad a deal...
Anyway... I went around Orchard and happened to go into Topman... took a look at their tops... and found a very nice one... It's red with the outline of a cross at one side of it. $32 only cos I had a 20% off coupon courtesy of Val... hee.. Thanks Val!! Saw a cap Val liked as well... Yellow Black and White... Resembles something those hip hop dancers wear... $29... told her to get it... but she didn't want... then now, as I'm writing this... she's telling me that she wants to get it... Hai~... guess we'll be going back there one day soon...
Went to Heeren after that... I wanted to look for a pair of slippers... but not just any pair of slippers... Havianas!!! I initially tot they would cost $30+... but Xu Zi told me there were some that cost just $20.. so I went down to take a look... and yup.. there were... but only those with one colour are $20... Well... I didn't mind... so I chose a nice looking black pair...
Then Val sees so many designs and decides to get a pair too... thing is, she colour that she wants, doesn't come in her size anymore... sold out islandwide... and the next batch won't have that design anymore... so she tries on a few more that look nice as well... but in the end... she settles for a simple black pair... Then I realised... that's the same one I got... hai~... in the end, she still gets the first one she sees... hee...
Couldn't decide what to eat after that... and ended up eating at Sakae... buffet... hee... Well... according to Val, she said we each have to eat 15 plates to make it worth it... but we could only finish 17 plates altogether... hai~... still not enough...
Heng came to pick us up at around 5.30... cos we were going for the NUS Motoring Club's nite karting in Jurong, since Heng was going there as well, we went down early so I could see how he raced... Val just went along cos she was bored... hee..
I must say... the karting wasn't too bad... just that for the first round, my kart ran out of fuel and I GOT CHEATED OF MY ROUNDS!! So the next time, we chose to use the higher horsepower karts and I paid a little extra for them... but boy was it worth it... Those karts had 2 engines, instead of one, and could really go faster... I know, cos for my 1st 3 rounds, I was using only 1 engine, the guy didn't manage to turn on the 2nd engine... then he stopped me for a while and turned on the other one... and after that, I was really moving man!! Woohoo!!! Damn fun... but since no power steering, takes a lot to turn the wheel and counter steer... My side back muscles are aching already... sheesh... but overall... it's fun... think I'll go for their next trip too... Hee...
Think I'll go massage my sore muscles now... see ya!!

Anyway, I went over the get the lappy later in the day... and at first, it seemed that the woman there couldn't find my lappy... *shocked* Oh no!! Actually... I already saw it in the shelf, I just didn't want to tell her... hee... Anyway, she asked the guy who repaired my lappy, and he was also the guy who called me... so he helped me get the lappy from the shelf. the reason y the woman couldn't see it, was because the tag they attached to the case was on the underside of the case, so she couldn't see it... hee...
Then the guy told me to check everything, and I took the opportunity to ask him about my wireless connection. He told me that that batch of T42s had slight problems in their Centrinos, the connection was unstable and recommended that I send it back to IBM for them to check. I think I'll do that during the weekend or sometime when I'm free... hee... then I checked the net connection and exchange server, and asked him how come my web access had chinese words instead of english... and he told me I wasn't the only one with that problem... had to do with how the com was setup before it was given to me... At least he tried to rectify the problem on the spot for me, rather than telling me I had to send it back to them for another 2 - 3 days... hee...
anyway, I'm happy I got my lappy back... hee... Now I'm going to scan it, then protect it... and then back up my hard drive... I saw an external hard disk on sale in school today.. quite portable... $199 for a 40GB one... has a nice carrying case too... hee... just right for me... although I saw a much nicer one at Comex for $231, but my father said that was too ex... hehe...
Neways, I've got go karting on Fri night... and Taekwondo training on Sat... hrm... thinking of staying in hall on Fri night, so I won't have to go back and forth... hee... maybe I should... hee...
Guess it's time I started staying in hall more regularly... just that... I prefer my privacy, rather than their open door policy... cos after being in school the whole day, I just want my own space to do my work and relax... hrm... really thinking of appealing for PGP next sem if it's possible...
I see other ppl mugging and it just scares me... I don't even know what they're studying... hrm... guess I should start my mugging too... hai~... I hate this... not knowing what you're supposed to study for... hrm... Guess I'll start asking around... hrm...
Time to print more notes... seems like that's all that I've been doing these days...
