Anyway, back to the camp... It was fun... a bit rushed, but still fun... we spent the first day playing Amazing Race around the school... then in the evening, went to Sentosa... spent the first night sleeping in the underwater world... Brings a whole new meaning to "sleeping with the fishes"... We actually slept in the tunnel... you know, one person on the floor... one on the conveyor belt... But I didn't really get much sleep... cos of 2 things... One, the conveyor belt kept vibrating cos ppl kept walking up and down in it... and their footstpes were amplified... somehow, all of them don't know how to walk lightly anymore... so I was kinda like kept awake by the pounding... Grrr... Two, Some idiot in the tunnel further up ahead, wanted to impress two freshmen gals with his 'impeccable' knowledge of the NUS system... so the guy just kept talking and talking about it... IN THE TUNNEL... and it echoes in the tunnel... so my OG was nearest to him and we got the full blast of it... damn idiot... yakked away till fucking 4 in the morning... my whole OG was pissed at him... but we didn't tell him to shaddup cos none of us knew him... not nice to scold someone on the first day...
Thinking back, I think maybe we should have just fucked him for that... at least we could have gotten some sleep... hee... Anyway, other than that... the Fright Night they did was well performed by the seniors... just that... wasn't enough to scare the guys... the girls however, were scared... hehe... I was just bored... hee... couldn't scare them back though... it was more of a performance... rather than just something like a night walk... sian... was hoping I could scare someone... darn...
The beach games were fun too... the weather was so hot, I just couldn't wait to get into the water... so when they said, "ok... we're playing this in the water", I just took off my singlet and dived right into the water... so cooling... hehe... Besides that, we also had interfac games, interhouse games... and a night game, kinda like solving a murder... after that, I'll never view a peanut the same way again... hehe... ;P
The Talentnight was quite fun too... some groups put up really nice performances, esp since we had like only 1 hour to prep... I also want to give special mention to Matthew!! The Diva Mona Lisa!! Wahaha.... damn good performance boy!! You had the entire LT in an uproar!!! Maybe if I get the video, I'll post your performance up... hehe... j/k!! :P
The bash at China Black was great too... Managed to hold on to our VIP seats again!! Wahaha.... Music was great... esp after 1am... R&B again!! Whoo hoo!!! In the end, a few seniors and freshies and I stayed until closing... then the 8 of us walked to Swensens, ate a snack and went back to Raffles Hall... I KOed from 4 plus to 9 in the morning... hehe... we took 2 cabs back... all seh-ing in the cabs... so when we got out of the cab, if anyone saw us, we'd all look drunk, but we're not... hehe... Imagine, ppl from the OGs Calamari and Pirahna coming back drunk... instead of being called Seafood joint OG, we're just called Drunken Prawns... hee...
Oh yeah... we went to Fong Seng the night before the bash... and the prata is great!! Tried the mushroom cheese prata... Yummy!!!
Well... that's my camp experience... kinda fun too... made new frens... hee...

8 sets!!?!?
The hell? I'm gonna need a huge bag for that man!!! Ah screw it... I'm just bringing 5 sets... Heh... They're even asking us to bring a sleeping bag... "For the night in the Underwater World" I'm not going to lug that stupid thing around... Think I'll just take my hammock along... Hehe... At most sleep on the floor wrapped up in my hammock... It's fine with me anyway... Hee... Not trying to be garang... Just trying to lighten my load...
The thing I like about this camp is that there's no lights off timing, so after the days' activities, we can even go out of the school to go eat supper with our frens and OGLs.. hee... Maybe Mambo again? Hee... j/k... We're already having a bash at CHINABLACK on Thursday night... It's open to the public so ANYONE WHO WANTS TO COME IS WELCOME!!! THE MORE THE MERRIER!!!
But.... there's a theme to the bash... and it's a PINK theme!!! ARgh!!!!!!!! I nearly screamed out loud when I heard that... but then, the ppl there said it's for the ladies, but optional for the guys... Hell... I'm not going there in pink... no f-ing way...
Anyway, I think it's gonna be fun... so we'll see how then...

Hai~... I need to find a few more new clothes to wear... Keep wearing the same things when I go out... Ppl are going to think I don't have any more clothes... I keep wearing the same 4-5 polo tees/t-shirts... Saw a few nice polos (yes, polos again) at Giodarno... quite cheap too... 2 for $35... got a lot of colours too... Maybe I'll pop by there again soon...
You know y I'm trying to wear more polo tees now? It's cos ppl keep thinking I'm YOUNG!!! Actually... I'm kinda flattered that ppl think I'm a 17yr old, but it's kinda irritating when ppl treat you like one, just because you look like one... Here's a recent conversation I had with a certain mama shop lady...
Mama Shop Lady: Wah, boy, school holidays finishing soon already ah?
Me: Yeah...
MSL: So going back to school soon?
Me: Ah? No... Not exactly...
MSL: Orh... Going NS ah?
Me: Hah? No... I finish NS already... Going Uni...

I mean, I know many ppl see that I look young for my age, but when it comes to this point in time when I want to look my age, I find it hard to do that... Maybe it's my clothes, you know... tees and jeans... maybe I should start looking for a nice pair of pants, loafers and a few nice shirts... start looking older... so ppl won't mistake me for a teen...
Then comes another thing... Glasses or no glasses? The number of frens who feel that I look better with glasses is actually nearly equal to those who think I look better without... So what the hell should I do? Wear one lens only? I feel that I look older with glasses, and younger without... But that theory was just proven wrong by the mama shop lady... cos that day, I WAS WEARING MY FREAKING GLASSES!!!
Argh... I need my own style advisor... Anyone willing to step in??

Anyway, I met some of the khakis on the train... Val, Johan, Farkhan and Robin... If I remember correctly... Then we went to City Hall to wait for Jonathan... and we took cabs down to Zouk... There wasn't much of a queue when we got there, guess it was still early... only 10 plus...We went in first... Khas and his frens got in later... as well as Eugene... Man... Eugene really changed sia... looked like a seasoned chiongster... hee... looks like I got a 'teacher' to learn from liao... hee... Yao bai ni wei shi liao... hee...
Anyway, it was really damn crowded... didn't even have space to sit or a table,... we ended up walking around... just looking for a place to stand... Went to dance for a while, but saw that 1 for 1 was nearly up, so we went to get drinks first... Got Vodka Lime... Whoo... it's stronger than the one at China Black... And we kinda got lost too... went to Phuture... damn packed too... it's already small enough... and ppl still want to squeeze... there was like a steady stream of ppl going in and out of Phuture... So went ended up at one of the bars near the dance floor... grooving to the music as best we could, cos the dance floor was really packed... I know I'd sound like a newbie by saying this... but I'll still say it... Gin Tonic glows in the dark!! Cool~!!!! Ahaha...
But really... the ppl there are just inconsiderate... they don't care about the ppl around them... they push, bump, shove everywhere... I even saw this poor girl get her ear pulled by her earring accidentally... so painful that she cried on the spot... guess cos her earring was those huge loops... hehe... easy to get caught on fingers...
Phuture was even worse... There was this one guy who was making the entire crowd really sway back and forth cos he was pushing them... and when ppl tried to walk past, he'd push even harder... Fucking bastard man... Next time, I'll make sure I get spiked wrist bands and get armoured elbow guards man... give the next guy who pushes into me internal injuries... hehe... of course, I'm just kidding... but I probably won't go back there during the holidays... too many ppl... Even China Black doesn't have that many in one area...
Guess I just prefer China Black... hehe... Anyway, after that, we went to eat at Kopitiam and their noodles are nice... hehe... Yum~... Got back home at around 4plus... I think I KOed on my bed, cos I woke up at 6 plus still in my clothes... so I went to wash up and slept till 10... went out for a while, came back and slept all the way till 9... hee....
Oh!!! I nearly forgot!! Saw a guy in Zouk wearing this PINK tee, with the words I HATE PINK on the front... damn farney sia!!! Ahahaha!!! Anti-pink anyone? Hehe... Guess I'll end here... Cya!

Oh yeah... btw... I saw something erm... how do you say... interesting while I was at a coffeeshop today... You see... this coffeeshop is quite near the Geylang area... and I was there with a few frens when I saw this tall... slim... long-haired China lady... With brown hair and very thick makeup... and a shiny red cheongsam that was quite short... it ended above mid thigh... Great legs too... hehe... I know... o.O That was the reaction of my entire table... and actually, my entire coffeeshop too... then there was this other girl with her too... also a china lady, but she was dressed demurely... simply top, no makeup and long skirt... I know what you guys are thinking... 'Pro' sia!! Pro meaning Prostitute... hehe... I think so too, I just can't figure out who the other girl is... 'pro' in training?? Maybe... and y would they come all the way to the coffeeshop for? They didn't even buy anything... just went to the drinks stall... asked about something and left... Hm... Anyway, she definitely was chio, but still... 'pro' hai~... what a waste... could have been a model...
And I was stupid enough not to take a picture, cos I forgot my fren's phone was a CAMERA PHONE!!! Argh!!! Nvm lah... I think I should stop saying anything, before someone comes at me with a chopper... hehe...

Hm... Lemme see... Oh yeah!!... I watched Drumline today too... It's this movie about a school marching band and this really talented drummer who can't read music... but can play the drums like a master... he actually learnt a solo piece just by looking at it once... Good hor... If only I had that skill... hee... Best sia.... learn piano just by looking... Basically the theme of the movie was about teamwork and hard work... very interesting... Hm... maybe I should get the DVD... hehe...
Damn... sian sia... I need to get up tmr to go settle the Sheares Camp stuff, cos I kinda wasn't free on the days that they gave... hee... oh well... Guess I'll stop her for today... Slack away!!

Now... back to blogging... I got really pissed today when I was going home... Took the train from Marina Bay to City Hall... When I wanted to get out of the train at City Hall... There was this group of idiot punk kids who tot blocking the door with their numbers would scare little ol' me from walking out first... WRONG!!!! I knew what they were up too... standing in front of the doors before they opened.. giggling like little schoolgirls... So, I just walked out straight... knocking 2 of them aside... I didn't even stop walking... just bulldozed my way through... After all... it's MY right of way you idiot punks!!! Think I'll be intimidated by some young punks??? Think again!! I already saved you guys from enough embarrassment by not scolding you bunch of stupid punk wannabes... Still can laugh when I pushed my way through... you guys are lucky I didn't clothesline all your puny asses to the ground... Bloody 14 yr olds...
Enough of that then... I'm not pissed anymore... I actually went to Marina South to meet up with the guys from SGforums car forum... Quite nice... managed to play Initial D with Heng, met up with more of the guys, including Praetorian and his WRX... cool!! Nice colour too!!! Blue... my favourite... And... as always.. Jiayong's Trueno AE86 again... hee... Nice to meet up again guys!! Look out for my photos in the photo blog!!!

Anyway, I just realised something on my way back home today... I realised that SMRT actually enjoys irritating the hell out of its passengers... They just changed advertisements on their falt screens again... This time, it's even worse... it's the ad for the new Jack Neo movie... Damn irritating that stupid song... Can't even stand under the screen cos it's so loud... Feel like throwing my shoe at it... If it's not that one, it's the Linkin Park ad, which is only slightly better...
It's like the ads are getting louder and louder... can hear all the way from the other side of the platform... Don't the MRT platforms have enough announcements already? Got announcements for yellow lines, suspicious articles, giving way, not hogging the entrance, then now the adverts... I can't get anymore peace and quiet in the stations... used to be a very good place to do some relfections... esp in the underground stations, with those glass partitions, really can 'reflect'... ahaha...
Now, I can barely think straight with all that noise... sometimes I just wish I could find a really quiet place to sit down and just reflect... maybe I should try the beach... some secluded spot... listen to the waves, relaxing... Damn it... Think I really need a beach vacation before school starts... Hehe...
