But I'm not limping, can still walk, run and dance... just can't overstretch that knee... wth... Learnt more today... apart from practising head and hand stands, we added in elbow stands, point and kicks, can can kicks, and head spin too... head spins isn't the break dance kind... dun quite know how to explain... but I managed to strain my entire gluteus maximus and rear of my thigh at the same time... heh...
I definitely need to stretch more... keep injuring myself cos of all the weird positions... heh... Haven't been able to do a handstand for more than a few seconds... but there's definitely improvement from last week... I feel that my back is already much looser... can do a bridge much more easily today... just cos of that darn knee... I can't maintain it... Hai~...
I might have to strap or get a knee guard for that soon... daymn... Anyone know what's wrong?? Weird feeling... like someone pulling gum apart... heh... Really feels like it's slowly tearing... Hope it's not the ligament...
